I'm writing today doing something I feel is important issues pertaining to myself and all planet police that are United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and our sub organization Interpol that is below UNODC. First of all I'm the only elected United Nations Secretary General to be lifetime appointment to UNODC police organization. I am appointed to this UNODC primary highest level global police organization of the entire planet by my putting in a application to United Nations Security Council. It's a very lengthy process you must go through with multiple governments have to attest in writing to your competency to do this job. You have to have fill minimum very strict standards with a doctorate law degree combined with a proven track record as a lawyer,police officer and requirement of present or prior military service before your even considered by the Security Council for appointment to the job. Everyone goes through the same process globally to become permanently lifetime appointment to UNODC. The final part of the process is the President of the Security Council contacts multiple governments,lawyers associations,background checks,etc and after that if you pass the strict requirements then your appointment is voted on in closed door meetings by the entire members of the United Nations Security Council. You pass this part of being voted on then your officially approved,paperwork stamped appointed to the job. I'm appointed to UNODC in year 2011 before being nominated United Nations Secretary General of planet earth in year 2012.  Being approved appointed to UNODC is a great honor to serve in a planet police organization that is in all 193 countries of this entire planet,the largest police organization of this entire planet. The entire planet earth continuous feeds into UNODC every kind of information,knowledge & training databases,criminal databases and way to much to list all here because it's a entire planet. The fact is UNODC is totally unmatched by any other police agency,organizations on this planet because we have unlimited knowledge,financial resources,technology capacity and capabilities and that's only a small amount of what UNODC is capable of doing,involved in doing it as the planet only juggernaut totally secret police top level organization of entire planet earth. I recently had a violent encounter with local Cranston Police Department and Rhode island State Police department that told me that they " Caught me and your not getting away this time,we got you and your getting convictions of violent changes and your going to jail permanently" " Your doing a lot of time and we've been putting little technical violations in our records building a court case against you for capital crimes which you will definitely go to the electric chair for all of the criminal record we've built against you. Ya buddy face your end because their is no way out your going be executed just like Jesus Christ and this is the last days of your life " We know everything about you from Florida and Rhode Island including we took all your DNA,blood samples,hair samples,fingerprints,face prints,spinal fluid samples,penis fluid  samples,physical profile,mental records,psychological profile your done with permanently! "  Now we're going to ruin your life permanently forever this time because we've permanently revoked your drivers license privileges and now  your not able to buy any guns for your jobs and if we find you have any guns or weapons your going to be doing extra time in prison paying your debt to society.." They regularly use lethal injection against anyone who speaks against them and decapitation murder of victims for going against their GOD Richard Bzdyra. My last violent experience with this Satanic Church Terrorists Death Cult is them telling me " Your no planet cop ,your a F ing joke and so is the entire infant,insignificant sick excuse for police organization you belong to which we verified you actually don't belong to it. Well my experience is very different being active UNODC planet police organization combined with being elected United Nations Secretary General of planet earth. Most police and judges,lawyers,etc are good,honest hsr working people who don't sell themselves to HELL,Terrorists organizations and the Anti Christ Richard Bzdyra the primary founder of a entire planet criminal & terrorist empire.. I can't forget to add that Adam Leevy is a founder and the Weasel Victor Gkuckin ( Gluskin) is Vice President of all of filthy Satanic Church international. Today I've shed light on some of the layers of Hell Wicked Church combined with more about my experiences having to unfortunately live with a planet menace with Richard Bzdyra,Weasel Victor Gluckin,Adam Leevy and all the violent cult enforcement muscle,death doctors,entire global 3-2-3 Satanic Church existence on this planet. This entire Satanic Church filthy cult totally supports their NAZI Demi God Antonio Guterras they all think he's very wonderful man who is going to slide into get many decades of being elected United Nations Secretary General/ Planet Leader while they strip me of everything I own and put me to death in a electric chair in Florida or Rhode Island or the latest plans in Federal Prison on Rikers Island.

Planet earth must be informed of what I'm having to deal with a filthy rich enemy cult. Many have filed criminal charges against this cult founders and members tried to arrest them only to find out nothing will stick because Anti Christ Richard Bzdyra bought a free pass for everyone who would be going to jail or prison.. Very Frustrating!!!
